Reflection on First Quarter

  Embracing Change Throughout the beginning of the school year, I discovered the importance of effective communication and collaboration in both academic and social settings. I learned how to express my thoughts clearly and actively listen to others, which helped me build stronger relationships with my classmates. Additionally, I gained insights into the value of setting goals and developing a growth mindset, which motivated me to push through difficult tasks and strive for improvement. One of the main challenges I faced was adjusting to the increased workload and complexity of the material compared to previous years. I found it difficult to keep up with assignments and prepare for tests, especially in subjects like math, where the concepts became more advanced. I also struggled with raising my hand in class because I felt shy and scared that my answers might be wrong.
